Naturally Supports Healthy Weight Management, Cardiovascular Health, and Metabolic Wellness
About CQR-300®
CQR-300 is a patented extract of Cissus quadrangularis that is clinically proven as a multifunctional ingredient supporting healthy weight loss, cardiovascular health, and metabolic wellness. A member of the grape family, Cissus quadrangularis is an indigenous plant of India, Asia, and West Africa, long used in traditional medicine.
CQR-300 is rich in phytosterols, ketosterones, carotenoids, polyphenols, flavonoids, and triterpenoids, which modulate cholesterol metabolism and reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. It also contains naturally occurring vitamin C, vitamin A, and calcium.
Six peer-reviewed, placebo-controlled clinical studies with over 500 subjects consistently demonstrated that CQR-300 significantly reduced body weight, percentage body fat, and waist and hip circumference in as little as four weeks.
Recommended adult daily serving: 300 mg. Ideal for capsules, tablets, powdered mixes and beverages, as well as numerous other dietary supplement applications.

How CQR-300 Works
Research shows that CQR-300 influences several natural mechanisms in the body that help control body weight and composition. One key function of CQR-300 is the inhibition of the enzyme known as DPP-4, which breaks down GLP-1, an appetite-controlling hormone. By inhibiting DPP-4, CQR-300 enables GLP-1 to remain active in the body longer at significantly higher levels.
In addition, CQR-300 was shown to modulate leptin and adiponectin, two hormones that work in concert to regulate appetite, satiety, and metabolism. Leptin signals the brain about energy sufficiency and helps reduce food intake, while adiponectin improves insulin sensitivity and enhances lipid metabolism, ensuring a balanced energy state and metabolic health.
A third mechanism influenced by CQR-300 is the inhibition of other enzymes critical to the digestion and absorption of fat and carbohydrates, including lipase, α-amylase, and α-glucosidase.
Clinical Research Supports Safety & Efficacy
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study involving 90 overweight or obese subjects (BMI 25-30) demonstrated significant improvements body weight, BMI, body fat, GLP-1 levels, blood lipids, and fasting blood glucose. Participants consumed 300 mg daily of CQR-300, Dichrostachys glomerata (Dyglomera® or DygloFit®) or a placebo for 12 weeks. Measurements were taken at four, eight and 12 weeks to assess the effects of supplementation.
The results in the graphs below show significant improvements in all measures at almost all time points. After 12 weeks, the CQR-300 group achieved the following results.
