Restores Metabolic Balance and
Supports Healthy Body Weight

About Dyglomera® and DygloFit®

Research has linked stubborn weight gain and obesity to a combination of factors: genes that favor the storage of excess body fat, unhealthy diets, and increasingly sedentary lifestyles. Together, these factors can disrupt metabolic balance, creating barriers to weight loss and posing serious health risks.

Dyglomera and DygloFit are trademarked brands of a patented extract of African spice fruit (Dichrostachys glomerata or DG). Clinical research shows that DG can restore metabolic balance to support healthy weight loss and cardiovascular health.

DG works through complementary mechanisms to modulate hormones, including GLP-1, insulin, leptin, and adiponectin, and to reduce oxidative stress. These actions are all linked to effective weight management.

Recommended adult daily serving: 400 mg. Suitable for a broad range of food, beverage and supplement product formats and applications.

How Dichrostachys glomerata (DG) Works

DG works through complementary mechanisms to support metabolic wellness and healthy body weight and composition

  • Increases GLP-1, a peptide hormone known for its role in stimulating insulin release following meal consumption, which helps maintain stable blood sugar, reduce hunger, and promote satiety.

  • Restores sensitivity to leptin and adiponectin, hormones that regulate satiety and appetite.

  • Increases insulin sensitivity to help the body convert sugar into energy instead of storing it as fat.

  • Fights free radicals to reduce oxidative stress and maintain cellular health.

  • Maintains healthy levels of cholesterol, triglyceride and fast-blood sugar.

Clinical Research

Extensive clinical research supports the safety and efficacy of DG. Ten peer-reviewed studies, including six clinical trials involving over 600 subjects, have provided comprehensive safety and toxicology data.

In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study, 90 overweight or obese subjects (BMI 25-30) consumed 400 mg of DG, 300 mg of Cissus quadrangularis (CQR-300®) or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Measurements were taken at four, eight and 12 weeks to assess the effects of supplementation on body weight, BMI, body fat, GLP-1 levels, blood lipids, and fasting blood glucose.

The DG group demonstrated statistically significant improvements in all measures at each time point. After 12 weeks, the DG group achieved the following results.
