Clinical Research
Extensive clinical research supports the safety and efficacy of DG. Ten peer-reviewed studies, including six clinical trials involving over 600 subjects, have provided comprehensive safety and toxicology data.
In a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study, 248 overweight or obese subjects (BMI 25-30) consumed 400 mg of Dyglomera, 300 mg of Cissus quadrangularis (CQR-300®) or a placebo daily for 16 weeks. Measurements were taken at 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks to assess the effects of supplementation on body weight, BMI, body fat, GLP-1 levels, blood lipids, and fasting blood glucose.
The Dyglomera group demonstrated statistically significant improvements in all measures at each time point. After 16 weeks, the Dyglomera group achieved the following results.
