Naturally Supports Healthy Weight Management, Cardiovascular Health and Metabolic Wellness
About Cissus CQR-300®
CQR-300 is a patented extract of Cissus quadrangularis, an indigenous plant of India, Asia and West Africa long used in traditional medicine. It also contains cholesterol-lowering phytosterols and naturally occurring vitamin C, vitamin A and calcium.
The biologically active components of Cissus quadrangularis support numerous health benefits, including weight loss, heart health and metabolic wellness. Five peer-reviewed, placebo-controlled clinical studies with more than 300 subjects consistently demonstrated that CQR-300 may significantly reduce body weight, percentage body fat and waist and hip circumference in 6 to 8 weeks.
Recommended adult daily serving: 300 mgs. Ideal for capsules, tablets, powdered mixes and beverages, as well as numerous other dietary supplement applications.

How Cissus CQR-300 Works
Preclinical research shows that CQR-300 naturally inhibits select enzymes (lipase, a-amylase, a-glucosidase) critical to the digestion and absorption of fat and carbohydrates. Together with a healthy diet and exercise, CQR-300 helps individuals achieve and maintain their body weight goals.
Clinical Research
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study involving 67 overweight adults ages 25-60 was conducted over eight weeks to evaluate the efficacy of 300mgs of CQR-300 in reducing the percentage of body fat. Multiple baseline and post-study weight and fat measurements were taken, including body imaging with dual-energy X-ray absorption (DEXA), which is considered the gold standard for determining body fat percentages.
After eight weeks, the CQR-300 group:
-
Lost an average of 16.3 pounds, compared with 1.3 pounds for the placebo group.*
-
Reduced body fat 12.8% as measured by DEXA, compared with 0.3% gain in body fat in the placebo group.*
-
Trimmed waist circumference 8.9%, compared with a 1.6% reduction in the control group.*
-
Reduced hip circumference 7.7%, compared with a 1.8% decrease in the placebo group.*
-
Experienced statistically significant improvements in blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides and leptin and adiponectin, two hormones that help regulate satiety, appetite and metabolism.*
